Every musician or music lover has tastes that differ. For me, I try listening to every style of music that i can, mostly heavy music due to me playing music all the time. I have played the drums for 15 years now and highly promote the listening of heavy music, just dont listen too loud and dammage those ears mang!

I think this was the show where I wanted to call in, but didn’t since I ended up dozing off. I need to figure out how to do these Tuesday nights with my new hours at work that start at 6:30AM. Between the show and my volunteering at the Radio Station in Minneapolis, my after-work time on Tuesdays are pretty much filled.

Good show. Nice variety of music…the Ian Gillan Black Sabbath song was a nice treat…very overlooked album.

Maybe it’s my cheap work speakers but I have a hard time hearing the interviews compared to the music. Please turn up the levels on the spoken word parts….dude I want to hear what you got to say…otherwise I would just listen to my music collection. : )

Feedback – not criticism. Pretty good choices in music and the hosts seem like nice guys but the pace of the show is so slow it makes it almost unlistenable. It seems like they’re not sure about what they’re going to say next and worse yet that they can’t think of what to say next.

Good podcasting is a performance not just two guys talking on the phone.

Halfway through the new show. So far so good. I discovered the Pure Rock site last week and like most of what I hear.

Some of the hosts try too hard to be edgy….just make some observations, get out of the way when someone is answering a question, and play the music. : )
